It was a military "call sign" I had. I tell people it came
about from wearing an "overdose" of after-shave lotion.
History of the
Persona:
Sweetwater Jack is a former
Cavalry Officer who has drifted West after working as a professional
gambler on Mississippi Riverboats and occasionally as a lawman. He's been
a town Marshal, Deputy Sheriff and some say he might even be undercover as
a Federal (U.S.) Marshal. We DO know that he recently returned to the
folds of the military and rides as a Lt. Colonel of the 7th US Cavalry out
of Fort Wahooha near the town of Toostone, Arizona Territory. The good
Colonel is also a rated Army Aeronaut and commands the local Observation
Balloon Detachment.
